we love delicate chains for their timeless, effortlessly chic everyday look. however, it's important to remember that even though they're welded on, these chains can be fragile and may break or stretch with daily wear. we hope that the quality of our product will withstand all of your day to day activities, however, should your MJM purchase need repair we’re here for you.

if your welded chain happens to stretch, break, or unzap,
we offer free re-welds or claspings for up to 90 days from date of purchase.
please understand that MJM is not liable for lost chains.

after the initial 90 days after date of purchase,
a $20 rewelding fee will be applied.
this fee will be waived if you purchase
another MJM product at the time of your appointment.

please keep in mind that anklets have a higher likelihood
of snagging or stretching, and the policy does still apply.

please note that all sales are custom fitted & considered final,
& we do not provide replacements for pieces that are snagged & lost.

if you happen to lose your MJM item or need a replacement
within 60 days of your purchase, we offer a 50% discount for the replacement of the original purchase or an equivalent item if the original item is no longer available.

if you lose your MJM welded item or require a replacement
after the initial 60 daysbut within 6 months of purchase,
we provide a 25% for the replacement of the original purchase or
an equivalent item if the original item is no longer available.

welding or re-welding non MJM pieces
cost a flat fee of $20 per piece and is doable on a case by case basis.
